In this video I'll be taking you through how to bundle with the LG hanger now. This is honestly going to smash through any plateaus that you might be going through plus make for a much more effective experience, especially if you don't necessarily want to go too heavy with your hand. Now, I must express that this is honestly for intermediate or even advanced uses only. If you'll still beginning and your glands are going through what's called the conditioning phase like I've mentioned in previous videos, then I probably would not recommend this exercise just yet. Now you're doing so at obviously your own risks or if you really, really want to. Then this is the guide. However, again, I would advise just making sure that you get through at least maybe even two to three months of conditioning and then jump into the bundled stretches.

Now I've even found with the bundled stretches that I've gained a tremendous amount of girth, especially right at the base. Due to the ability of the bundled stretch being able to work so hard at the tunica, one of the densest tissues in the penis that is only made up of only 5% elasticity and the rest is collagen. You can only imagine how hard that tissue is, not necessarily too pliable. However, with the bundled stretch, it's going to be made a lot more pliable, a lot faster, and can be safer. Now what I mean by safer is that because it's more intense, you don't necessarily need to go as heavy. Therefore, if you're at a lighter weight, it doesn't necessarily put too much stress on the glans alone. So this in a way it can be a little bit safer. However, you're not necessarily hanging straight down anymore. You're bringing in what's called a transverse movement, meaning a twisting of the tissues.

Alrighty guys. So obviously for the bundled hang you will need you bundle arms and you can't just buy these alone because the LG hanger needs to have the fitting so that you can actually screw the bundle arms into. So with your LG hanger, whether it be before you chuck the LG hanger on or attach it, you can simply screw in the bundle arms, one on one side, one on the other. Make sure they're nice and tight, not to tight because it's obviously not necessary. All these are going to do is obviously they just rest against your legs. Now in this video, I just want to pretty much explain to you the safest way to start approaching the bundled hang. Like I mentioned at the start, this is honestly one way to smash through any plateaus, but it's also a fantastic way to especially work on the tunica and access as much length as possible.

And even guys, this has enabled me to get some serious girth when erect because of its ability to work on the tunica. So pretty much in all elements it's just been a fantastic exercise. So again, we're going to progressively work our way up. Now in this tutorial or demonstration, I'll only be using one kilo. Just remember guys, if you are new to the bundled hanging, please go with a much lighter weight than you're used to. And just like I've said in previous videos, progressively and incrementally increase the weight so that the glans become accustomed to the pressure inside the chamber.

So all we're going to do is attach the weight nice and slowly let go of the weight just so that the glands get nice and accustomed. Obviously at just one kilo there's not going to be too much pressure or too much pull, but once you're there for about maybe two minutes. And even if you're just going to use whatever weight you put on as like a warm up, like say for instance, this one, I can even start bundling with this to really warm up and continually stretch the tunica and the tissues of the penis.

Now as you can see, all I'm going to start off with is one quarter turn and I might even stay here for about 30 seconds. All right, I'm going to zip through this nice and quick because I just want to show you how to incrementally, safely increase the intensity. Now I'm going to go to half a turn. This is the most fantastic thing about the bundle arms guys, is you can incrementally start the rotation and we'll even give you a demo of how to do this while sitting down.

Now this is three quarter turns and a full turn and you can pretty keep going to your maximum capacity and that's a full one and a half turns. But again, guys, this is only one kilo and remember to make sure that you take note on the timer. All right, make sure that whatever you stretch one way, whether it be a whole turn for maybe five minutes, make sure you go all the way back the other way for five minutes. Do everything for the same time. I can't express this enough.

All right guys so while you're sitting down, it's pretty much the exact same thing except you'll notice that the bundle arms have obviously been designed to stand up with. Now my legs aren't actually in the way to block them at all, even with them like this. All right, so what you can do is if you're seated, the bundle arms are actually long enough for you to hook on the back of a leg. If you simply move across to the one side of your seat that you're sitting on. So if I wanted to go to even a half turn or even a full turn, now you can simply just stop the LG hanger from spinning around and depending on which way that you rotate, so say for instance, this way it's going to want to spin this way. So I can even sit to this side and hook it on the back of the leg and it will actually stay there. Now the same is going to be with pretty much any weight that you hang with and there's obviously going to be that talk that wants to spin back the other way. So it needs to be stopped on something, which in this case can obviously be the leg of the chair.

When getting out obviously slowly but surely get to back to neutral. Making sure the glans are okay and then you're good. And I'd even recommend hanging straight down after a bundle because you will be able to maximize now those newly accessed tight spots, whether it be in the suspensory ligament, tunica, or even internal penis.

VIDEO: Chamber Leaking Slippage Vacuum Loss

All righty, guys, so you've got your LG Hanger out. Now the method that I like to use, you can definitely just still roll it up like usual, but other than that I'm going to just apply a little bit of oil to the top of the chamber. If you haven't seen in other videos, this is just a lot simpler of a method for me. Just being able to slide it right up the entire chamber seems to be an easier approach, just make sure it doesn't catch on anything. So now you've got a nice big opening to put your glands in. 

All right, so I do also like to just place a little bit, like a tiny amount, of oil on the inside of the chamber so that your penis can just slide on in. Now right here guys, I've got a sleeve that is actually the correct size for me. Now many people might have trouble of them losing suction or they think that it could be the valve at the top or something else is going on. Now I've got a few recommendations, but the first one is definitely going to be one, making sure the sleeve is the correct size. However, if you don't want to have to pay for another sleeve, or at least just not yet, you can definitely get by. We have something that is going to adjust and fluctuate just like your penis size while you're hanging. So what am I going to do is attach the LG Hanger just like normal. If you haven't seen the attaching video, go and watch that. I do like to just slide myself in before I actually slide the sleeve down. I'm going to apply the pressure and so just so I get pulled all the way to the end of the chamber, I'll get myself to about five to 10 inches of mercury with the pressure. 

Then what I'm going to do is actually pull my skin back. If you haven't got skin because you are circumcised, that is totally fine. Your skin's not even going to be there, but if you are uncircumcised like I am, just pull the skin back slightly. Either roll or slide the sleeve back down. You may find that there is a loss of suction somewhere. Now many may think that with the LG Hanger could be the valve up here, but honestly this thing is super high quality, super rigid. I really don't think that is going to be the issue. I most likely think that the chances are going to be a lot higher that it is the sleeve, either the size or even the seal where the sleeve makes contact with the chamber itself, in which case what I would recommend as well is cleaning your whole device really thoroughly with soap, so by the time that you actually dry it over, the material of the sleeve is actually tacky again, so it actually makes a nice tight seal, an airtight seal onto the chamber. 

Then obviously utilizing some kind of band if that doesn't work as well. What I would recommend is getting a zip tie, tying it over the sleeve, attaching it to the chamber. You'll find that any kind of zip tie will have the sharp edges once you're finished. So what I would recommend is chucking over a rubber band like this one. You can easily just protect not only the sleeves but yourself from the sharp edges of the zip tie by placing that band over. 

Now once the sleeve is down, guys, all right, just give it a few more pumps up. I'm going to pump up to my usual pressure. Now this is where the problem usually comes in, which is where you might start losing suction, maybe even it only occurs at around about five to 10 minutes in. So what I'm going to recommend is detach the pump and if the pump is already detached with another device, that's totally fine, we're going to get back to adding that pressure, whichever method of adding pressure it is with your device. Now all you're going to do guys is get a short amount of sleeve. Now LG Hanger actually does come with a substantial amount of sleeve. So what you can do is just cut off a shorter amount of section. Let's say that you do get a spare sleeve like this one here. It's not even going to have to be too much at all. Try make enough room so that you can at least double the sleeve over. 

So if I cut it really thin, I can only utilize that one band. So what I'm going to do is cut it long enough so that I can actually double it over, which looks like this. So it's actually going to make a thicker band and that's, I've got still some spare sleeve, and now literally all I'm going to do with that one band, if the one layer is going to be enough, I will know throughout my hang. I'm going to place it over the entire chamber and all the way down to the bottom of the sleeve that is attached to my penis. Now what this is going to do is add tightness, so we're going to get an extremely good seal. 

All right, now what I would recommend as well guys, just to prevent any possible friction, that is definitely possible, so please keep these in mind, but what are you going to want to do is add just lubrication or oil all the way down the shaft and especially where the sleeve is going to double over because now there's going to possibly be more friction. Now if you hang guys, it should be successful and if it's not, if it's still not tight enough, it definitely means that the sleeve is too big for you, but what you can do because you've cut off a good length of extra sleeve to place over, is just double over the sleeve. So now I've got two layers of extra sleeve and make sure that sits right at the bottom, and now I've got that extra firmness, extra grip, and extra tight seal. All right, so that seal should not be going anywhere at all. You can definitely do this with a tiny bit of sleeve. It definitely has that ability to shrink and expand when you need it, as your penis fluctuate in size, or who knows, the sleeve may just be too big and it's not actually tight enough to get that vacuum and airtight seal. So this will definitely do the trick

In this video, guys, I'll be taking you through how to not only set up the LG Hanger to the new rod system while at the time of this video, how to actually set up the bar that it comes with on the rod system, on to the LG Hanger, super simple. And then, I'll actually show you how to attach, in my opinion, the best way possible.

Now I won't be going into too much depth on actually how to attach the actual chamber itself. This video is mainly to cover how the rod system is not only going to be hooked up from the top bar onto the chamber, how to actually attach once you're in the rod system, but also how to adjust the system as well.

So first things first, you're most likely going to need maybe some pair of pliers, or even a shifter of some sort to fit on that head just there.

So what we're going to do is loosen off that nut nice and simple. As you can see, it comes off nice and easy, undo and undo the last long one. As you can see, it's precisely been machined in there. We're going to take that top bar off so you can chuck it on nice and easy, . pull down the springs, so you can detach that, or you can literally just undo the nuts and it will free up the springs a lot more.

What you're going to do is pretty much position this straight on the top of your LG Hanger chamber, place it through the hole, and screwing it back in just as if you were screwing the ice screw in. I just realized, I said  screw before, but it is an eye screw.

So once it's actually in your chamber, go ahead and tighten up that nut. Make sure it's nice and tight. Not too tight, it's actually not going to go anywhere. It's just so that this actually doesn't spin around at all.

Now all you have to do is attach the chamber and I'll show you the rest.

Okay, guys, for the sake of this tutorial, I won't be going into too much depth about the LG Hanger chamber itself. However, I do want to give you a couple more tips on the way that this may attach, and another method that I actually found, which I almost was trying to avoid, but it seems to actually work for me in my personal opinion, a little bit better and a little bit easier.

Now, all I do is literally get a little bit of coconut oil, like tiny, you almost can't even see that. And, what I'm going to do is put it on the outside of the chamber, all the way down the sleeve. And I'm actually going to not roll, but slide the sleeve up. You'll see how easy it comes up.

So now I've got a real slippery surface on the underside of the sleeve, technically the outside when it's going to slide down, and now I'm faced with the inside of the sleeve and the inside of the chamber.

Now as always, I like to get a little bit of tissue just to put it on the bottom, to save from any of the taping damp or getting moisture just from, I guess the heat of your penis. Plus guys, we're actually pulling on the urethra and the other end of the urethra is obviously the bladder. So the chances of actually pulling through fluids is kind of high, so that's why I always advise you to chuck in a little bit of tissue down the bottom.

Now I'm not going to take you through the taping method. If you want to see how to tape, do go to the ultimate taping guide, or the LG Hanger attaching video, or the taping guide for the LG Hanger.

Now, my next recommendation guys, before you actually put the chamber on, it does get a little bit fiddly, but you do have to put the extender or the rod system on first, purely for the fact that the chamber won't actually fit through the pelvis ring.

Now you might ask, well, why don't they make the pelvis ring a little bigger? Because you actually want this to be a nice close circumference to the size of your penis as well, so that comfort is going to be delivered in the pelvic ring.

Now another recommendation I would give you is possibly get a little bit of sleeve just for some extra comfort, and, all I do with that is place it on the pelvis ring. So you've not only got this soft bit of plastic on the pelvis, and it is a nice size as well, but just to add a little bit of extra comfort, all I'm going to do is place this over the pelvic ring and over the rods a little bit.

Now what it's going to look like is a little opening that you can easily slide through. Even though that looks nice and small, it is just silicon, so that's going to be the inside of the pelvis ring. Just adds that little bit of extra layer of fat, extra comfort and feels really good.

Not to mention guys, what I'm also going to recommend is once you've got the tape on, not before, don't touch any oil before you go for the tape. You want this tape to be as adhesive as possible, to make sure you get the maximum protection out of your tape. So once your tape is on securely, I'd advise chucking some oil on, just on the mid shaft all the way up to the tape, but try not to actually get the tape. As I'm putting the oil on, I'm actually going to go all the way up the pelvis. So you're literally lubricating literally everything.

Now the reason being is, if you do try to move with that pelvic ring, and you've got high amounts of tension and dry skin is either on a dry pelvic ring or dry silicon, well it's not going to be too comfortable, because you're just going to get your skin gripping, and you really just want the skin to be able to slide freely. And the only thing that's going to have the tension is the inside tissues of the penis. Now that's what we want.

So once there, once all lubricated up, you're going to pop on through. Again guys, you don't need the sleeve, but you'll literally just be putting your penis right through the ring as I'm doing here. Now just to make sure that the pelvis ring is sitting right up, I'm actually going to try pull through as much skin as I can. So by the time I am on full tension, that tension isn't necessarily pulling on the skin, it's actually pulling on the internal tissues.

So I'm just going to pull through as much skin as I can, even give it a wiggle, shake up and down. Now once that's set, the silicon actually helps to actually keep the pelvis ring there while you're grabbing and moving around. Notice I can actually shake and everything, and it's not sliding down. Because it is a little bit fiddly, especially when you're standing up like I am, you may want to slide down, so this really helps it.

Now the next step guys is grabbing the LG Hanger chamber. I do actually like to get the remnants or the leftover of oil, so my hands are a little bit oily, and all I'm going to do is just escape on the inside of the chamber. And this is only going to work if the chamber is 100% clean, so make sure to you clean your chamber every single time. And you'll see that I could literally just on in, all I do is give it a few twists around, and I'm pretty much all the way at the end using your vacuum hose and trigger.

Now my preferred pressure is lately around about 15 to start with. If you get your glans right to the end, now the only trouble with having that sleeve slide all the way up, is, obviously it's going to cover the clear acrylic, and the actually see where your glans are. Now as long as your glans are right at the end, you're all good. Now all I like to do is just push down a tad. If I see that it's all there, pump up to 15, all good, I'm going to pull my skin back and simply slide down the sleeve.

Now that oil on the inside, or should I say outside of the sleeve on the chamber, is literally just going to slide down like you've just seen. It's a real, real simple. That pressure still on 15. Now the pressure guys is really dependent on personal preference. Not to mention where you're up to in your penis enlargement journey, especially with any vacuum based devices like the LG Hanger chamber.

But once you're there and you're comfortable, you're all good, you can even have a few warm ups if you want, so stretching out, stretching left.

Now I would advise just staying where you need the springs first. If you even just want to line it up, just say, for instance, if I push the rod system all the way back onto my pelvis, and the springs, well they're going to be pretty loaded by the time I pull those springs backs. So what I'm going to do is under these nuts, get them closer toward the bottom. Just make sure that it's nice and even on both sides. Pull those springs down.

Now what you're going to do ... Now, it's as simple as this guys, all you're going to do is pull the spring down, clip it in, because what you'll find is at the bottom of this little frame at the top that bolts onto the LG Hanger chamber, there's little grooves on the inside of that little frame here. So what I'm going to do is push the spring down, the spring's going to go within the frame, and now I've got pretty adequate tension as it is, which I can just stay there.

Now without actually tightening up these top nuts, you'll find that when you do apply attention, the system's going to want to twist either way. To actually prevent that, what we're going to do is close up these nuts. As you start going down with the top nuts, you'll find that the springs compress, and this actually gives the system a nice lot of rigidity.

So we're good. Now, if I wanted to apply a bit more attention, please note this guys, because I had to find out the hard way. I tried to tighten up the system by just screwing these bottom nuts. Now you can do that, just be wary about how much the springs are actually shortening and coming closer together.

What you want to do is, most likely under the top nuts first, you want to get some gap so that the frame attached to the LG Hanger a chamber isn't actually touching the nuts, okay? So notice how there's a bit of gap. Now what I'm going to do is actually start tightening the bottom two nuts, and I'll actually feel pressure start to pick up.

So almost see it like this. The bottom nuts or thumb nuts are literally for a tension and intensity, and then the top nuts are literally for the rigidity of the device so that it doesn't sway or feel really loose.

Now the way that I like to travel through my routine is, under the top nuts tighten up to a tension that feels adequate for my session, especially when you just start out guys. I would recommend really starting out slow. You want to get to that happy tension. And what I mean by happy tension guys, is, you'll be able to go down, go up, and it's still comfortable, all right? There's not too much pressure.

Now with any vacuum based device guys, you literally want to up the intensity nice and slow, because the glans need time to accommodate. So this is the fantastic thing about the extender. Let's say compared to hanging. If you were to hang, you'd be taking the weights off, putting them back on again, adjusting and trying to incrementally increase the weight, while trying to hold onto the chamber, so you don't lose that accommodation of pressure that the glans have just gone through.

So I like to pretty much get to a tension that I'm comfortable, that I can literally put the device up, down and move it around anywhere I like, and pretty much stand up or even sit down. Now what I'm going to do is meet where the frame is with the top nuts, and now I'm going to wind up and build some tension on the springs, maybe even just half a centimeter. So you'll notice that these are closing up, about half a centimeter, match it on the other side.

Fantastic thing about this device guys is that you can easily see where you're at in terms of movement. You can even set these top rods as kind of like a goal where you want to achieve maybe in the next six months or so.

So, while I've actually adjusted these bottom nuts, now, as I get through my workout or session, as I feel like my glans become accommodated to the pressure within the chamber, all I'm going to do is literally unscrew one, two half turns to make a whole turn. I can feel that pressure increase just a little bit, and then I'll leave it there for maybe another five minutes.

As soon as I feel like my glans are okay and I feel like I can actually go up in intensity again, a full rotation of the nuts, comfortable, good. And I can pretty much keep doing this until my glans either feel uncomfortable, or, I think that I'm at an adequate amount of tension where I can get to a good level of fatigue.

Now detaching guys is as simple as undoing those bottom nuts, due to a point where it feels like the springs are nice and loose and it's always coming off that top frame. And then all I like to do is literally just pull down one side, unclip, pull down the other side of the spring and unclip. And then all you're going to be left with is the chamber, which you simply remove and slide the extender off.

VIDEO: Circumcised Wrapping Method for Penis Enlargement



DS Demonstrates his taping method with Blue Tender Tape

Hey everyone this is just a quick wrapping video per the LG manual. So first thing is you'll want to make sure you have your girth band on, I like to double mine up to keep the pressure. And then you'll take your tape, and you'll start about an inch below, you'll make your way around, make sure it's all nice and smooth. I'm gonna wrap up towards the top having a little bit hang off. And just kinda squeeze it together at the end there. Squeeze it, and then fold it under, so it all sticks together, so you might wanna hold that for a little bit. Hold down here, kinda squeeze everything in. You don't wanna squeeze too tight, just enough for everything to stick.

Just keep on holding. So it seems pretty good. Let's just wrap down, and you can hold that if it's not staying, and then put that in your hanger, and fold down the silicone. And you are ready to go.

So I hope that helps some of the technique as far as hanging with an LG hanger, and your wrap technique. I am circumcised obviously so, you'll want to check the manual for the uncircumcised option.

DS Demonstrates his personal preference when taping using Beige Tender Tape

- Alright, so the first thing you wanna do is get about 80 to 90% hard. I do this with the two girth bands and I'll show you how those come into play in just a second. And then we're gonna go ahead and do a wrap, just about half an inch below the glans. Just make sure it's nice and tight. Wrap it all around. Nice little opening there. And then we'll just hold this down, just try to get a full grip if possible, then just kinda squeeze and squeeze 'em together. That helps tighten it up. Make sure it's nice and secure. Not too tight, don't wanna hurt yourself.
Alright, so we still got that little opening, so I have this band here. Another piece, and just wrap it across like so. Then you hold that in place, make sure everything stuck together. Give it just kind of a pulsing motion to keep it all good. That should be okay. Looks like everything's good. Still need to put our LG Hanger on there to get it wrapped up. Now, I just gotta pull down and just kinda slide it all the way across. Okay, pull out any kinks. Then we're gonna roll this back.
Make sure it's nice and tight. Check the inside, everything looks good. Still together. Then we're gonna pull this first band up by the head and then we're gonna pull the bottom one around at the bottom, and that gives me a pretty nice tight fit for my hangs. Serves me well so far. So now, we're ready to pump and we're ready to hang. Hope you enjoyed.

ALTERNATIVE TAPE METHOD

- - All right. Hey, guys, I am here to show you the alternative wrapping instruction method using white foam tape. Looks like this, sticky on one side and not on the other. So to get started, you know, make sure you have your girth band on to keep a little hard, while you're goin' through all this, makes things a little bit easier. So maybe just about 50, 60% erect. Nothin' too crazy. Right, so you're gonna take you first kinda longer piece of tape, and you're gonna wrap it just on the glans, just covering a little bit of it, and you're gonna wrap it on the circumference, goin' on all the way around, just like so, okay. Squeeze it all a little bit. And you're gonna take another longer piece and you're gonna go a little bit more above the glans, or onto the glans I should say, and again you're gonna wrap it all the way around like so. Just a little bit more, and you start squeezin' it down a little bit to get it really nice and secure. And then you're gonna take a shorter piece of tape and you're wrap it going downwards on one half of the tip like that, and then you're gonna take another shorter piece of tape, and again, wrap downwards to cover the top. Right, and you can start kinda squeezin' stuff down here now, gonna get it molded in. All right. And then to kind of secure everything together, these two pieces that we just put on, we're gonna put one more long piece that covers that, and again we're gonna go all the way around to make sure everything is nice and secure. So once you got that taped in. You just go ahead and squeeze, mold it all together. Make sure everything is nice and secure. And once it's lookin' good, you're ready to go.

VIDEO: Clamping Demo for Penis Enlargement Video Increase Girth Size

- Alright, hey everyone. I'm here to show you the clamping method using the LG kit. They sell these on the LG Hanger website, and variety of sizes as far as these blue girth bands, so make sure to check them out, and thank you for providing me a kit. It is definitely worth it. So before we get in, we want to make sure that anybody who tries this has at least six months of dedicated PE training. Don't want to jump into this right off the bat. You're gonna be in a world of hurt if you try to do any of these. You gotta condition yourself, just like any other muscles before you jump to this. These are advanced exercises. Alright, so why clamping? First off, it promotes girth growth throughout the entire shaft and glands. It helps with vascular development, which leads to harder erections. Larger flaccid size. And you can use these girth bands after your session to help keep your flaccid sizes longer. Helps straighten erection curves due to the slight bending and manipulation we will be doing. Obviously, you will be using these girth bands to prevent any skin pinching or unnecessary tension when you use the clamps. If you try to use the clamps by themselves, that is not comfortable. These girth bands really do help in making sure that this feels good and you're working what you need to work and you're not in pain. So as far as when to do these exercises, you can do them after you do a hanging session, which would be best. You can do 'em before, but after is better. Alright, now that we've gone through all of that, let's get straight to it and watch the video.

A NOTE FROM LG HANGER:
Anyone who has followed my training with the LG Hanger knows that I designed the system to not only be the most effective penis enlargement device, but also the safest. Prior to the LG Hanger many men opted for compression clamp devices that cut off circulation, caused excessive skin stretch, and had potential negative side effects that caused tissue and nerve damage.

I've always kept an open mind regarding other devices and their effectiveness. I believe pumping has it's place in promoting gains that can be synergistically combined with weight hanging and traditional hand stretches. That being said I'd be amiss if I didn't mention other PE exercises that promote gains. One such exercise device is Clamping.

I would consider Clamping an advanced girth exercise that should not be done by novice PE trainers. I wouldn't recommend anyone with less than a year of training to attempt to clamp.

It requires a significant amount of tissue maturity and conditioning, otherwise you could injure yourself.

Clamping is done while being erect in the 75% - 100% range. I refer to clamping as BFR = blood flow restriction. What you are essentially doing is forcing tissue expansion within the penile anatomy. This is primarily a girth building exercise, and will promote significant vascular development.

If you believe you have the proper amount of tissue maturity and are ready to try clamping, then I suggest the following...

First and foremost have comfortable padding / wrap under the clamp area. I highly recommend our silicon rubber Girth Band. They are soft and pliable and provide a mild amount of compression by itself, it will also prevent the clamp from pinching skin. Install a Girth Band at the base of your erect penis. Apply the clamp and cinch / ratchet down until you feel your penis swell. Only you can determine the appropriate amount of clamp pressure. I suggest starting with the minimum and gradually working up as you become more experienced and determine how you respond. The clamp session should not exceed 5 minutes in length. You can do as many as three clamp sessions all five minutes in length. Between each session take a five minute break and massage / jelq your penis to promote expansion and promote fresh blood flow. Experiment with this a few weeks, as many as three times per week and see how you respond.


Once you've become accustomed to the single clamp, you can try double clamping. Same procedure.... except this time install a second Girth Band at mid-shaft and then the second clamp. Same five minute / three sessions. If done properly this exercise is a really girth builder! The vascular development of veins and capillaries is no less than phenomenal.

Never do clamping prior to hanging. You can however pump after a clamp session.
